<br />Councilmember Letourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-11-209 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR TWO NORTHSTAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Sophia-Ramsey, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly <br />applied for preliminary plat approval of COR TWO NORTHSTAR on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />RD <br />Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3 ADDITION <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on May 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named COR ADDITION; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 7, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br />ND <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 2, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR TWO; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 28, 2012, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />COR TWO; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 28, 2012, the City Council approved the final plat for COR <br />TWO; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on February 19, 2013, the City Council approved a revised final plat that <br />did not include the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on November 7, 2013, the City received an Application to complete the <br />remainder of the original COR TWO plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on November 26, 2013 the City Council approved the final plat of COR <br />TWO NORTHSTAR. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of COR TWO NORTHSTAR in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, and contingent upon a correction to the illustrated drainage and utility easement <br />to remove any encroachment of the building known as Coborn’s Superstore. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
