CITY OF RAMSEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, State of Min- nesota, will hold a public hearing on November 26, 2013, at approximately 7:00 RM. at the City of Ramsey Council Chambers in City Hall, 7550 Sunwood Dr. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the City's proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program (the "Development Program Modification ") for De- velopment District No. 1 (the "Project Area ") the proposed Modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 (the "TIF District ") and the proposed Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "TIF Plan Modification ") therefor (the Development Program Modification and the TIF Plan Modification are referred to collectively herein as the "Modifications "), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.133 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modifications are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall. The TIF District is a redevelopment tax increment financing district and is located within the Project Area and the City of Ramsey. A map of the TIF District and the Project Area is set forth below. The Modifications are being completed to modify the budget to reflect additional increment to be collected. The City is not modifying the boundaries or extending the term of the TIF District. Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from the TIF District may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of the Project Area.
