Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-11-208 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF DIEHL ACRES. <br />WHEREAS, Great Northern Land Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />has properly applied for final plat approval of DIEHL ACRES on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, VALLEY VIEW ACRES <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, DIEHL ACRES <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on October 4, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch <br />plan, final plat, and variance from the Applicant for a plat to be named DIEHL ACRES; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 7, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Applicant proceed to the final plat stage as well as approved a <br />Variance to allow a private well and septic system in the R-1 Residential (MUSA) Distict; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 26, 2013, the City Council reviewed the final plat of DIEHL <br />ACRES. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to DIEHL ACRES in accordance <br />with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review File dated <br />November 1, 2013, revised November 21„ 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
