Further discussion: Commissioner Riley was noted the Strategic Plan includes intent to reduce <br />the HRA budget, remove personnel from the HRA budget, and possibly dissolve the HRA. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Commissioners Strommen, Kuzma, Johns, <br />LeTourneau, and Riley. Voting No: Commissioner Tossey. <br />6. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />HRA Executive Director Ulrich reported on discussions with Trilogy Homes and development <br />activities. <br />Commissioner Tossey suggested that HRA Commissioners no longer be paid $25 each for <br />attending HRA meetings. <br />The consensus of the HRA was to consider that suggestion. <br />7. COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />None. <br />8.
