Organization and the watershed management plan for the Coon Creek Watershed District <br />should be amended to include the Petitioned Area within one year of the date of the release <br />of the Petitioned Area from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. <br />ORDER <br />The Board hereby orders that the boundary of the Coon Creek Watershed District is changed per <br />the Petition and as depicted on the two maps contained in the Petition on pages 4 and 8, attached <br />hereto and made a part of this Order hereof, including the data sets the maps were created from, <br />contingent upon the release of the Petitioned Area from the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization.
