Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Riley, Johns, <br />and Kuzma. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Backous and Tossey. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:16 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:16 p.m. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to adopt Resolution <br />#13-11-203 Adopting a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, Riley, Johns, and <br />LeTourneau. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Backous and Tossey. <br />6.02: Adopt Ordinance #13-25 Adopting 2014 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br />Mayor Strommen closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:17 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:17 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and indicated the ordinance received first <br />reading on November 12, 2013. She reviewed the 18 fees that would be changed, noting most <br />relate to the City's utility system. If adopted, the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges will <br />become effective January 1, 2014. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried.
