Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to move to Closed <br />Session to discuss confidential City contribution towards AFSCME and LELS employee's 2014 <br />health insurance. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Backous, Kuzma, Johns, <br />LeTourneau, Riley, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />The City Council meeting moved into a Closed Session at 6:13 p.m. <br />The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:17 p.m. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />Councilmember Backous requested a future Work Session discussion on obtaining a <br />conservation easement for Rivers Bend Park. <br />Councilmember Riley announced the December 16, 2013, 6 p.m., Municipal Center Task Force <br />meeting during which two experts will provide information relating to data centers and how to <br />mitigate sound. <br />City Clerk Thieling stated that meeting will be posted indicating the Council may be in <br />attendance. <br />4. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated the Public Works Committee met last week. <br />5.
