WMMI has <br />indicated that little additional site grading is anticipated. <br /> <br />That WMMI has stated that slightly elevated perimeter and site <br />access roads will be constructed with the perimeter road going <br />completely around the facility. Some permanent roads will be <br />constructed on the interior of the facility. <br /> <br />That WMMI has stated that they believe it is in the best <br />interest to provide berming as screening of the facility from <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />That WM/~I stated that the facility will be secured by enclosing <br />it with welded wire fence. <br /> <br />That WMMI has indicated equipment currently owned by it will <br />be available for the compost operation, including two (2) <br />front-end loaders, one (1) debagger, one (1) wood chipper and <br />one (1) water truck. <br /> <br />That WMMI's description of its operation closely resembles a <br />minimum technology rather than a low level technology compost <br />operation as defined by Rutger's. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
