Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-09- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK PARK ADDITION WHEREAS, Dennis Peck, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Parcels of land located in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, being all of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, NORTHFORK SECOND, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Anoka County, together with other lands, all being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Comer of said Block 2; thence along the easterly fight-of-way of Andrie Street South 13 degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds East 200.00 feet; thence southerly 316.18 feet along the arc of a curve concave westerly having a radius of 1123.00 feet and a central angle of 16 degrees 07 minutes 54 seconds; thence North 85 degrees 19 minutes 11 seconds East 282.78 feet; thence North 76 degrees 21 minutes 51 seconds East 188.30 feet; thence North 1 degree 30 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 feet to the point of beginning of a meander line along the shore of Lake Itasca; thence along said meander line North 44 degrees 48 minutes 44 seconds East 201.62 feet to the point of termination of said meander line; thence North 22 degrees 50 minutes 37 seconds West 341.59 feet; thence westerly 100.59 feet along the arc of a nontangential curve concave southerly having a central angle of 21 degrees 35 minutes 12 seconds, a radius of 267.00 feet and a long chord that bears South 86 degrees 58 minutes 42 seconds West; thence South 76 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds West 470.00 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all that land lying southerly of said meander line; northeasterly of a line bearing South 74 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds East from the point of beginning of said meander line; southwesterly of a line bearing South 22 degrees 50 minutes 37 seconds East from the point of termination of said meander line; and northwesterly of the shore of said Lake Itasca. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 7, 1990, and approved the sketch plan and recommended the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on August 8, 1990, and recommended that no additional park dedication requirements be placed on Northfork Park Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 25, 1990, and approved the final plat for the Northfork Park Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, GRANT FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR NORTHFORK PARK ADDITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH RELEVANT CITY CODES AS PURSUANT TO THE ATTACHED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WHICH IS A PART OF THIS RESOLUTION.
