m <br />m <br />! <br />! <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />I <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />! <br />m <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL <br />CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT 90-30) <br /> <br />PAYMENT FOR INLAND UTILITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey_aD~oved thi~ <br />project on August 17, 1990; and _ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution # awarding the bid to Inland Utility Construction <br />for the construction of Improvement Project 90-30. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Inland <br />Utility Construction in the amount of $36,445.61. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That.the City Council hereby'authorizes partial payment <br />to Inland Utility Construction for the construction of Improvement <br />Project 90-30 in the amount of $36,445.61. <br /> <br /> 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not <br />included in Resolution #90-08-__ approving payment of the bills <br />for the month of September, 1990. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this 25th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
