Franta to <br />construct and operate a retail/manufacting business in the B-1 Business District on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The manufacturing of canvas boat covers, portable fishouses and related items on <br />the premises shall be permitted. <br /> <br />Outdoor storage of materials or inventory shall be consistent with the approved site <br />plan for the construction of the subject facility. <br /> <br />Stephen J.
