Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND ACQUISITION DAMAGES <br />TO LOUIS N. AND THELMA L. GRAVES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, FOR <br />PROPERTY TAKEN FOR THE SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO RIVLYN <br />AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has authorized acquisition of fight-of-way for the construction of <br />the extension of Rivlyn Avenue and sewer service along Rivlyn Avenue N.W., all for City <br />Improvement Project #89-13; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has negotiated a settlement with landowners Louis N. <br />and Thelma L. Graves, and which proposed settlement is $2,270.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City's Finance Officer is directed to issue a check to Louis N. and Thelma L. <br />Graves, husband and wife, owners of Parcel No. 2 of City Improvement Project #89-13 in <br />the amount of $2,270.00. <br /> <br />That the City Anomey is directed to deliver said check upon receipt by him of the proper <br />title transfer documents from the landowner, including mortgagees release documents if he <br />deems the same are necessary. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council this the 9th <br />day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
