The following are brief updates regarding development projects located within the community. For more detailed information, <br />please contact the Community Development Department at 763 -433 -9824, planning(a,,cityoframsey.com or visit <br />www.citvoframsey.com/planning-division. <br />2013 Review <br />In 2013, the City issued 2,063 permits representing 96 single- family homes, 16 owner - occupied townhome units, 50 rental <br />townhome units, 72 assisted living /memory care units for a total of 234 new households. Additionally, the City issued permits <br />for one (1) new institutional building, two (2) business expansions, and multiple commercial tenant build -outs. In total, 6,499 <br />inspections occurred on these projects. <br />Stoney River <br />Work continues on construction of Stoney River, specifically footing and foundations. Stoney River is an assisted living, memory <br />care, and senior independent housing development located at the north west intersection of Saint Francis Boulevard (Trunk <br />Highway 47) and Nowthen Boulevard (County Road 5). This 72 -unit building began construction in late August, 2013. <br />Construction was delayed by cold winter conditions preventing concrete work in below -zero temperatures. Elevator shafts have <br />begun to be constructed, and the first wall panels erected within the past few days. <br />Seasons of Ramsey <br />The Developer of Seasons of Ramsey, a 50 -unit workforce housing development located at Town Center Drive and Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard, has completed construction on all 50 units Finishing touches on the building as well as a number of site plan <br />improvements still need to be completed. The Developer anticipates to complete said site plan improvements (landscaping, <br />sidewalks, and roadways) in early spring, 2014. <br />The Residence at The COR <br />January 16, 2014 <br />D ve I p m n <br />ornntissrtm <br />The building for this 230 -unit apartment located adjacent to the Ramsey Municipal Center has been completed, with completion <br />of exterior site improvements to be completed this spring. The leasing office has indicated approximately 87 units are occupied. <br />Northgate Performing Arts Center <br />Work has been completed on the Northgate Church facility, and has been open for several weeks. Minor exterior site <br />improvements will be reviewed this spring. <br />Cullinan Rigging <br />Work has largely been completed on the Cullinan Rigging 11,000 square foot expansion at 6815 McKinley Street NW. <br />Diamond Graphics <br />Work continues on the 28,000 square foot expansion of Diamond Graphics located at 14350 Azurite St NW. With wall panels <br />and roofing enclosed, work is focused on the interior build -out. Site plan improvements will be completed in spring. <br />Total Defense Indoor Shooting Range <br />On January 9, 2014, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Zoning Amendment to allow Indoor Commercial <br />Recreation (including indoor shooting ranges) in the B -1 General Business District that are contiguous to the intersection of <br />
