Copies of all documents, plans, or other <br />reports which are required to be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka <br />County shall also be supplied concurrently to the City at no <br />cost to the City. <br /> <br />Performance Review. The performance of this operation shall <br />be reviewed annually by WMMI and the city Administrator or his <br />representatives to identify problem areas, concerns and to <br />evaluate whether conditions of this CUP need to be modified <br />or procedural changes made.
