The applicant, llr. Ralph <br />Nissen, is also an off-sale liquor license h~lder and in his cor- <br />porate application for that license sutxnitted the SaTin information <br />as is required by the pawnshop ordinance. This w~s in May of 1990 <br />and to the besb~f my knowledge the statements and facts presented <br />th~n still hold true on this date. <br />Based on my examination I,~have no reascn related to public <br />safety/law enforcenmnt to disapprov~ of Mro Nissen's pawnshop Ii- <br /> <br />/4,4. <br /> <br /> <br />
