Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />PLAT TIME FRAME FOR <br />(P.U.D.). <br /> <br />AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING OF THE FINAL <br />RIVER BLUFFS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to River Bluffs on <br />December 19, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code states that failure to file the final plat within six months <br />of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding <br />the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jack Miller, developer of River Bluffs on <br />October 15, 1990 requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for River Bluffs to <br />allow more time to develop a plan to preserve the natural aspects of the property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the final plat filing time frame <br />for River Bluffs to December 31, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
