Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-10- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR MATT BULLOCK CONTRACTING CO., INC. (PROJECT 90-26 CENTRAL PARK BALLFIELDS) WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 29, 1990; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-08-287 awarding the bid to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for the construction of the Central Park Ballfields. WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. in the amount of $44,682.92. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for the ballfield construction in the amount of $44,682.92. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release for this final payment. 3) That the total amount included in Resolution #90-10- the month of October, 1990. of this final payment is not approving payment of bills for 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following vote against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 23rd day of October, 1990.
