I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I~ Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-10- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR KADLEC EXCAVATING OF MORA, INC. (PROJECT 89-13) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 22, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution # awarding the bid to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets for Rivlyn Ave. and Tungsten St.; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. in the amount of $6,181.27. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 89-13 in the amount of $6,181.27. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment° 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-10-__ approving payment of the bills for the month of October, 1990. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of October, 1990.
