Councilmember <br />resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-1~:__. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND ACQUISITION DAMAGES TO <br />JEFFREY WERNER AND SANDRA. WERNER, OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 153RD <br />AVENUE N.W., CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-4. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city has authorized acquisition of right-of-way <br />for the construction of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property address is 15429 Ramsey Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota and PIN: 22-32-25-23-0005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negogiated a settlement with <br />the Werners in the amount of $500.00, $450.00 of which has <br />previously been approved by the Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Attorney is now recommending an additional <br />$50.00 payment to the Werners which the City Attorney advises is <br />a fair and reasonable settlement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City's Finance Officer is directed to issue a <br />check to Jeffrey Werner and Sandra Werner in the amount of $50.00 <br />for additional damages to' Project Parcel No. 3 of Improvement <br />Project No. 89-4. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Attorney is directed to deliver said check <br />upon receipt of the proper title transfer documents from the <br />landowners. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
