Development Services Manager Gladhill explained there was no City water /sewer in that <br />location when Fire Station #1 was constructed. <br />Chairperson Riley noted annual sediment pond cleaning is within the CIP instead of as an annual <br />maintenance expense. <br />Finance Director Lund it is included since the cost is $25,000. She stated the five -year budget <br />will be presented at a future Council Work Session so staff can be asked questions. She <br />explained that adoption of this document requires a public hearing, which may not occur until <br />January of 2014. <br />6.
