AN ORDINANCE DELETING THE DEFINITIONS LANGUAGE IN SECTION 26 -60 AND AMEND- ING SECTION 26 -63 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND SECTION 26 -64 REQUIRED APPLICATION INFORMATION. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1 AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pur- suant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following is the official sum- mary of Ordinance #13 -24, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Or- dinance #13 - 24 to delete defini- tions in Sec. 26 -60 and note that the Definitions in 117 -1 are incor- porated. Delete reference to sub- mitting application to the zoning administrator and amend it to state that applications will be submitted to the city. Delete the request for the zoning district where the busi- ness is located, whether or not it is a unique operation or design of business and whether or not the alarm is audible or silent. This more clearly defines the current process followed for Business Registration Certificates. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordi- nance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.06.
