When informed that City Code restricts the numb <br />record, the Delaneys expressed a desire to not subdivide the <br />use permit to accommodate their unique uses. At the same ti <br />City Staff that the kennel operation, which is defined as a p <br />been expanding over the years, even as recent as 1989. The <br />does require application for a conditional use permit.
