I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />bathing room used for the purpose of bathing, <br />relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot air as a <br />cleaning, relaxing or reducing agent, if the service <br />provided by the sauna is distinguished or characterized <br />by an emphasis on "specified sexual activities" or <br />"specified anatomical areas". <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Adult Use-Stegm Room/Bathhouse Facility. A building <br />or portion of a building used for providing a steam bath <br />or heat bathing room used for the purpose of pleasure, <br />bathing, relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot <br />air as a cleaning, relaxing or reducing agent if such <br />building or portion of a building restricts minors by <br />reason of age or if the service provided by the steam <br />room/bathhouse facility is distinguished or <br />characterized by an emphasis on "specified sexual <br />activities" or "specified anatomical areas". <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. License Reqolred. No person, firm, or corporation <br />shall operate, manage, rent, lease, or exercise control of any adult use, either <br />principal or accessory, without having first secured a license as hereinafter <br />provided. Licenses shall be one of two types: <br /> a. Adult Use-Accessory <br /> b. Adult Use-Principal <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Applications. In addition to such information as the <br />City Administrator may require pursuant to Section 7.01.03, the application <br />shall also include: <br /> <br />a. The premises wherein the adult use is to be located; <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />A statement detailing each gross misdemeanor or felony <br />relating to a sex offense and/or the operation of adult uses <br />and related activities of which the applicant or, in the case of <br />a corporation, the owners of more than five percent (5%) of <br />the outstanding stock of the corporation, have been <br />convicted, and whether or not the applicant has ever applied <br />for or held a license to operate a similar type of business in <br />other communities. <br /> <br />c. The provisions made to restrict access by minors; <br /> <br />A building plan of the premises detailing all internal <br />operations and activities. <br /> <br />A statement disclosing any contracts and all parties with an <br />interest in those contracts which relate to the ownership or <br />operation of the proposed adult use. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
