Failure to comply will result in the license <br /> being revoked effective 12:00 midnight January 15, 1991. <br /> <br /> Sub(l 6. Persons Ineligible for License~ No license shall be <br />granted to or held by any person: <br /> <br /> a. Under twenty-one (21) years of age; <br /> <br /> b. lVho has been convicted of a felony or of violating any law of <br /> this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or <br /> adult uses. <br /> <br /> c. Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the <br /> license is issued. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. Places Ineligible for License, <br /> <br /> a. No license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises <br /> where a licensee has been convicted of a violation of this <br /> Chapter, or where any license hereunder has been revoked <br /> for cause, until one (1) year has elapsed after such <br /> conviction or revocation. <br /> <br /> b. No Adult Use-Principal premise or part thereof shall be <br /> licensed or permitted to operate under an existing license <br /> which contains: <br /> <br />Partitions between subdivisions of a room, portion or <br />part of a building, structure or premises having an <br />aperture which is designed or constructed to facilitate <br />sexual activity between persons on either side of the <br />partition. <br /> <br />Booths, stalls, or partitioned portions of a room, or <br />individual rooms, used for the viewing of motion <br />pictures or other forms of entertainment, having doors, <br />curtains or portal partitions, unless such booths, stalls, <br />partitioned portions of a room, or individual rooms so <br />used shall have at least one side open to an adjacent <br />public room so that the area inside is visible to persons <br />in the adjacent public room. Such areas shall be <br />lighted in a manner that the persons in the areas used <br />for viewing motion pictures or other forms of <br />entertainment are visible from the adjacent public <br />rooms, but such lighting need not be of such intensity <br />as to prevent the viewing of the motion pictures or other <br />offered entertainment. <br />(a) The phrase "booths, stalls, or partitioned portions <br /> of a room or individual rooms" means: enclosures <br /> which are part of a business operated on the <br /> premises which offers movies or other <br /> entertainment to be viewed within the enclosure, <br /> <br />11/8/90 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
