Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Charter requires that precinct liaisons hold meetings during the year with <br />taxpayers. In order to allow time for the publication of such meetings in the Ramsey Resident, it is <br />suggested that such precinct meetings be held either the last week of November or the first week of <br />December. In years past, the turnout to these meetings has been sparse so I would suggest that all <br />precincts be held at a common time and a common place. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to set a date, time and place for precinct meetings. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 11/13/90 <br /> <br /> <br />
