CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br /> TO <br /> CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-15 <br />SANITARY SEWER, LIFT STATION, WATERMAIN <br />AND STREET FOR DOLOMITE STREET N.W. <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />November 7, 1990 Hakanson Anderson Assoc., Inco <br /> <br />In accordance with Article 22 of the General Conditions to the <br />contract, the contractor has requested in writing to extend the <br />completion date for this contract. The reason for the request was <br />the delay in shipment of the control panel for the lift station. <br />The engineer has reviewed the request and found it to be valid° <br />Due to the time of the year, the turf establishment (sodding and <br />seeding) cannot be completed until next spring. Therefore, the <br />following change shall be made to the contract. <br /> <br />The Contract Period Provided for Completion Will be Increased 198 <br />Days.
