I I I I I I I I I I~ I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR AERO ASPHALT, INC. (PROJECTS 90-10 AND 90-12) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 21, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #__ awarding the bid to Aero Asphalt, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects 90-10 and 90-12. WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $5,447.14. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Aero Asphalt, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects 90-10 and 90-12 in the amount of $5,447.14. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That ~-he total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-11- approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1990. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 13th day of November, 1990. 4/
