I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR ANNANDALE CONTRACTING, INC. (PROJECTS #87-27 AND 89-14) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 24, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolution #__ awarding the bid to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Juniper Woods and Waco Street; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Annandale Contracting in the amount of $25,815.85. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects 87-27 and 89-14 in the amount of $25,815.85. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount included in Resolution #90-11- for the month of November, 1990. of this final payment is not approving payment of the bills 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey citY Council this the 13th day of November, 1990.
