Also enclosed are the <br />Permit Holders' application to the MPCA for an air emission permit <br />and the MPCA's response exempting them from requiring it.. <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br /> The Permit Holder petitions the City of k~msey to amend Sections <br />6 and 25 of its' CUP (issued on April 25, 1989) as follows: <br /> <br />Section 6. Furnace Emissions and Monitoring <br /> <br /> The particulate pollutant and opacity shall <br />be stack tested for once every five years. <br /> <br />Section 25. Furnaces <br /> <br /> This permit shall be issued allowing for the use of <br />two melt furnaces as described by the applicant in the CUP <br />application support informations.
