I <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 7, 1990 and recommended approval of <br />Mr. Haigh's request for a conditional use permit for a home occupation based on the fact that the <br />operation is not a high-traffic type of use.
