I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 4, FRAUD. <br /> <br />Any member who shall, in the opinion of a majority of the Board of Trustees, <br />fraudulently claim benefits from, defraud or attempt to defraud the association in any <br />way shall be terminated from membership by the Board of Trustees, and shall forfeit <br />all further rights to benefits from the association. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V., MEETINGS. <br /> <br />SECTION 1, MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. <br /> <br />Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the president or by any <br />two members of the board by writing, filed with the secretary, who shall thereupon <br />give notice to all trustees of the time and place of the meeting at least three days before <br />such meeting. Such meetings are to be held at any place designated by the Board in <br />the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />There shall be at least one regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held each month. <br />No notice of such meeting shall be necessary. <br /> <br />SECTION 2, ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP. <br /> <br />The annual meeting of this association shall be held on the 3rd Thursday of January of <br />each year. The place of the meeting shall be designated and may be changed from <br />time to time by the Board of Trustees. If the date of the annual meeting fails on a legal <br />holiday it shall be held on the next succeeding Thursday. <br /> <br />SECTION 3, SPECIAL MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERSHIP. <br /> <br />Special meetings of the members may be called at any time upon the written order of <br />the president and one other member of the Board of Trustees. The order shall be filed <br />with the secretary of the association, and he/she shall thereupon give notice of the <br />meeting to each member of the Board of Trustees and to each member of this <br />association entitled to vote at the meeting. No other business shall be transacted at a <br />special meeting than that specified in the notice of the meeting. <br /> <br />SECTION 4, QUORUMS. <br /> <br />A majority of the members of the Board of Trustees shall constitute a quorum for the <br />transaction of any business at meetings of the board, and 51 percent of the members <br />of the association shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business at the <br />annual or at any special meeting of the members.
