CASE # ~1, <br /> <br />CITY CONTRIBUTION FOR THE RAMSEY FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br /> BY: Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association Committee <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Based on figures calculated from comparisons of other Cities, the Ramsey Fire Department feels <br />that the City of Ramsey should contribute to the Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Department is requesting that the City of Ramsey supplement the Ramsey <br />Relief Association with a contribution of $17,500 for 1991. The contribution of the City would <br />supplement the Relief Association for the two years of 1989 and 1990 that the Fire Department <br />was unable to receive State aid. <br /> <br />In August of this year the Finance Officer received a copy of a survey conducted by the Finance <br />Officer of Mound, Minnesota.
