c~s~ #:~ <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO AMEND PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT TIME <br /> FRAMES FOR SUBDIVISIONS <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 23, 1990, City Staff was directed to prepare ordinance amendments to amend <br />preliminary and final plat time frames. <br /> <br />On November 13, 1990, City Council introduced an ordinance to require developers to file for <br />final plat approval within 12 months of preliminary final plat approval and to record the plat within <br />24 months of final plat approval. These time frames proposed are in conformance with State <br />Statute.
