The <br />results of the fu'st month of the program are listed on the attached report. As the report <br />shows, the program has enjoyed a 30 percent participation rate for the month of October. <br />The Contractor also collected a total of 21,310 pounds of recyclables. <br /> <br />The City has also received the attached list of complaints about missed stops and various <br />other questions concerning the program. These questions and concerns have greatly <br />reduced in frequency during the month of November. The City has also sent the attached <br />letter to the program conu'actor reaffirming the types of materials accepted and the dates of <br />pick-up for the different areas of the City. <br /> <br />During the first two collections for November, the program has collected over 40,000 <br />pounds of material and enjoyed a 60 percent participation rate. <br /> <br /> <br />
