I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR INLAND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT 90-30) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 17, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution # awarding the bid to. Inland Utility Construction for the construction of Improvement Project 90-30. WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Inland Utility Construction in the amount of $2,668.19. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes final payment to Inland Utility Construction for the construction of Improvement Project 90-30 in the amount of $2,668.19. 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administ'rator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final-' payment i~ not included in Resolution #90-11- approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1990. 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 27th day of November, 1990.
