Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ggO-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JENSON ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Jenson and Wallace Jenson, hereafter referred to as "Developers" <br />have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 4, and Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 20, 1990, the City received application and sketch <br />plan from Bradley Jenson for Jenson Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 7, 1990 <br />and approved the sketch plan of Jenson Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 8, 1990 <br />and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Jenson Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
