Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g90-12- RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME FRAME FOR HAUSER ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-03-082 granting final plat approval to Hauser Addition on March 27, 1990; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the plat; and WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jon R. Albinson, developer of Hauser Addition on July 5, 1990 stating that Hauser Addition is predicated on the sale of a parcel for development of a liquor store and there have been time delays in negotiating a development permit for that facility; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-07-211 granting an extension to the recording time frame for Hauser Addition to November 26, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City received a letter dated November 20, 1990 from Jon R. Albinson, developer of Hauser Addition requesting an extension to record the final plat of Hauser Addition because of problems encountered in determining marketable rifle. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for Hauser Addition to June 3, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 11 th day of December.
