I I i I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-12- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR GMH ASPHALT CORPORATION (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 90-22) WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Ramsey approved this project on July 10, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~ awarding the bid to GMH Asphalt Corp. for City Hall Parking Lot (Improvement Project 90-22); and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to GMH Asphalt Corp. in the amount of $1,705.55. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follOws: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to GMH Asphalt Corp. for the construction of Improvement Project 90-22 in the amount of $1,705.55. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total .amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #90-12- approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1990. 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the lSth day of December, 1990. 4~
