PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMATEUR RADIO TOWER PIN 16-32-25-43-0008 15705 TRAPROCK STREET N.W. as of 12/4/90 On ,1990, a conditional use permit was issued to Howard Rohs and James Monson to erect and maintain an amateur radio tower on the property generally known as 15705 Traprock Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The amateur r_a_dio tower erected on the subject property shall not exceed eighty (80) feet in height. That any vertical antenna attached to the tower on the subject property shall not exceed twenty (20 feet) in height. o The location of the tower structure is restricted to the rear yard and shall maintain a minimum setback of 30 feet from all property lines. That the permittee shall obtain a building permit from the City prior to constructing the radio tower. o That the base of the radio tower shall be restricted from access by a minimum four (4) foot non-climbable barrier. 7. That the permittee shall maintain the radio tower in good repair at all times. That the permittee shall plant coniferous trees ranging in height from 20-30 feet every 15-20 feet along the front property line of the subject property in a staggered fashion to provide screening. 4 That the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 10. 11. Howard Rohs and James Monson hereby acknowledge receipt of this conditional use permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will cause compliance with the terms of this permit.
