Liquid Materials Spills <br /> <br />It is the duty of %he owner of a liquid storage facility or other <br />responsible person in charge ~hereof to notify the Hazardous <br />Waste Division of the Agency at its office in St. Paul, Minnesota <br />of any spill or loss of stored liquids either by accident or <br />otherwise. Said notice shall be by telephone or other comparable <br />means and shall be made immediately upon discovery of the spill <br />or loss. The notification shall include the location and nature <br />of the loss and other pertinent information as may be available <br />at the time. Telephone notification can be made by calling (612) <br />296-8100. <br /> <br />VI. Residual Materials <br /> <br />The Permittee shall dispose of particulates, sludges, or other <br />wastes generated by the operation of the emission facility and/or <br />air pollution control equipment according to solid waste rules <br />(Minn. Rules parts 7035.0200 to 7035.2500) and hazardous waste <br />rules (Minn. Rules Chapter 7045). The Permittee shall contain <br />and dispose of scrubber water according to water quality rules <br />(Minn. Rules parts 7050.0110 to 7050.0470, and 7060.0100 to <br />7060.0900). <br /> <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The Permittee shall comply with the attached general conditions, <br />attached as Exhibit A, in order to attain, maintain and <br />demonstrate compliance with applicable Minnesota or federal <br />statutes and rules. <br /> <br />mlp68:9 <br /> <br /> <br />
