Ramsey, Mn 55303 Re: Printing of Ramsey Resident City Newsletter Dear Skip: As you may or may not be aware, the City of Ramsey recently went through the budget process for 1991. It became apparent that some budget cuts would be necessary and in an effort to retain their budget at status quo, the Ramsey Community Education Department proposed to assume the responsibility of assembling, editing and printing the City newsletter. The City Council approved the proposal and on December 20, 1990, I received written confirmation from the Ramsey Community Education Department that they will be assuming the responsibility of the City Newsletter in 1991. I should also note at this time that there may be 3-4 times during the year when the printing of the newsletter may have to be subcontracted due to scheduling conflicts at the School District's printing facility. I will certainly recommend to Community Education that All-Brite be considered for any printing jobs that cannot be accommodated at the School District. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the past years of courteous, cooperative and prompt service we have received from the staff at All-Brite. Your firm has played a key role in the production of what has come to be considered a highly respected communication tool for the residents of Ramsey. Personally, I will miss the enjoyable, working relationship I have shared with your staff in the past, especially Vicki Denzinger, and again, thank you for your years of dedicated service.
