Work was <br />completed November 8, 1989 with 112 trees planted. Final payment <br />was recommended November 10, 1989. <br /> <br />Ail trees were guaranteed for a period of one year from date of <br />acceptance November 8, 1989. We notified Noble Nursery on <br />August 31, 1990 and again on October 8, 1990 regarding the need to~ <br />replace 14 trees plus three trees which were to be planted in the <br />Spring of 1990 but weren't. In addition, I have had' numerous ~ ~ ~..~ <br />conversations with ~oble Nursery regarding getting the replacements <br /> <br />I met with Tom Carlson December 11, 1990 who indicated' t~'~:!:~!':~e!.i;.;i <br />should be able to get five trees installed that day.
