Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #91-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING OF THE FINAL <br />PLAT TIME FRAME FOR NORTHFORK 5TH ADDITION (P.U.D.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork 5th <br />Addition on May 22, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Code, in effect at the time Northfork. 5th Addition <br />received preliminary plat approval, states that failure to file the final plat with the Zoning Officer <br />within six months of preliminary plat approval, unless an extension is granted by City Council, <br />shall result in voiding the preliminary plag and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Dennis Peck, developer of Northfork 5th <br />Addition requesting an extension to the final plat filing time frame for Northfork 5th Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the final plat filing time frame <br /> to Northfork 5th Addition to April 22, 199 i. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />4'7 <br /> <br /> <br />
