introduoe dthe following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />.,~ RESOLUTION 091-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1/2 TON 4 X <br />4 PICK-UP TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1991 budget appropriated funds for a 1/2 ton 4 x 4 pick-up truck for the <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Public Works Supervisor is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a 1/2 tOn 4 <br />x 4 pick-up tmek for the Public Works Department according to plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator and that said bids will be aeccepted until , at p.m. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
