o <br /> <br />INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday, February 1, 1991 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Bids shall be in a sealed envelope endorsed: Bid for Public Works Department, 1/2 ton 4 x <br />4 pick-up track. <br /> <br />The City may award to the lowest bidder and/or in the best interests of the City. <br /> <br />Bid security from the successful bidder shall be retained until delivery of the equipment is <br />made. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. <br /> <br /> <br />
