I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />POSSIBLE UPCOMING CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br /> By: Kay McAioney, Personnel Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, December 5, 1990 with the <br />Councilmembers-Elect to discuss certain issues in the City. Present at the special City Council <br />meeting were current Councflmembers Peterson and Cich and Councilmembers-Elect Beyer and <br />Hardin. During this meeting there was discussion and interest regarding a City Council workshop <br />to discuss ideas, goals, guidelines, policies, etc. <br /> <br />Since the special City Council meeting, Staff has been contacted by Ms. Mary Lou Spann, an <br />Organizational Development Consultant, who is interested in providing her services as a Facilitator <br />for such a workshop. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Approve permission for Staff to contact Ms. Mary Lou Spann to ascertain the cost of a City <br />Council workshop to discuss ideas, goals, guidelines, policies, etc. and to schedule the workshop <br />during the month of February 1991. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Personnel Coordinator <br /> <br />CC: 1/8/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
