WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated April <br />24, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Links, a <br />subdivision of Northfork 5th Addition on January 7, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission did meet on January 10, 1991 and <br />approved a reduction in the trail corridor width from 75' to 35' in the vicinity of the UPA <br />substation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Resolution/Northfork Link <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
