CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA <br />~)BVBLOPMBNT AGREEMENT - NORTHFORK LINKS ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, is between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and NORTH FORK, <br />INC., 713 Bradford Avenue NW, Champlin, Minnesota 55316, and GLENN <br />REHBEIN EXCAVATING, INC., 7309 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br /> <br />55014, hereinafter collectively ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNER of the Subject Property is NORTH FORK, <br />INC.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GLENN REHBEIN EXCAVATING, INC. is the contractor and <br />developer of the project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the project consists of the DEVELOPER developing its <br />property into a golf course with related facilities together with <br />fourteen residential lots; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to accomplish the above the DEVELOPER <br />desires to plat the following described property situated in the <br />CITY OF P~_MSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> See attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 22, 1991, pursuant to Resolution 91-01- <br /> <br /> , the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which <br />plat is known as NORTHFORK LINKS ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent <br /> <br /> <br />
