§ 9.20~,5 P~ Rural Business District <br /> <br />9.20~5 lib Rural Buziness District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: To permit certain restricted business uses in <br />areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject co genera] requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Retail business. <br /> <br />b. Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> <br />c. Offices and banks. <br /> <br />d. Animal clinic without kennels. <br /> <br />e. Persona] and professional services. <br /> <br />f. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />Subd. ~k Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br />the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br />Signing as reguflated by the City Code. <br /> <br />Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use not to exceed 10% of <br />the property provided that: <br /> <br />The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring <br />residential uses or an abutting residential district. <br /> <br />Storage is screened from view from public right-of-way. <br /> <br />Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />The use does not take up parking space or loading space as <br />required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4.
