Defined contribution <br /> <br />or more consecutive Association special business meetings will be deemed "inactive" <br />Association members. Attendance at the next special or regular Association meeting shall <br />renew active membership. <br /> <br />AI~TOCL[~ V~O AI~ND01N~ OF <br /> <br />The By-Laws of this association may be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Each member shall receive a written copy of the proposed amendment at least 30 <br />days prior to any action being taken on the proposal. A copy of the proposal shall <br />be mailed to members not present at a meeting during which the proposal was <br />presented. <br /> <br />After proper call, at any regular or special meeting of this Association, voting on any <br />proposed amendment shall be in order. <br /> <br />A simple majority of the members present and voting shall be sufficient to amend <br />the By-Laws provided, however, that a quorum is present at the time the vote is <br />taken. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above procedures, the By-Laws of this association may be <br />amended upon recommendation of the Board, at any regular or special meeting of <br />this Association, if a unanimous vote is cast approving the proposed amendment by <br />all members present at the meeting provided, however, that a quorum is present at <br />the time the vote is taken. <br /> <br />RELIEF ASSN.
